    icaseworld ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies.

    You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

    We deliver to most part of India within 3-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, icaseworld cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

    Shipping Charges:

    All shipping is free. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals.

    Cancellations:

    Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on +91 76008 38487 to cancel the order before dispatch.

    Returns & Exchange :

    Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products, icaseworld has a strict no refunds policy across the website.

    1. Kindly allow 7 days for the return or exchange to be processed.

    2. For that you have to send us courier opening video and photo of the received product and also physical invoice bill or your order id, so will confirm (it is mandatory)

    3. For exchange, you have to send back your parcel on our address, within 3 days and share return tracking number to us, when we will receive your product, we will send your exchange product or will provided coupon code.

    4. For coupon code, you will get coupon code, of same amount and it use for 1 time, valid for 1 year.

    👉 Only exchange or coupon code available (if you get any damage or defect in the product, otherwise no exchange)

    5. A coupon code will be provided in the span of 3-4 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail/phone number. (amount is not refundable in bank account)

    6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For a return, you can contact us at +91 76008 38487

    7. If you want to return the parcel then send back this parcel to our address, courier charge will bear by customer, our address is mention shipment label and send a return courier tracking number to us by WhatsApp after receiving the parcel we will exchange.

    8. A. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. A exchange product would not be provided, if the product is returned in poor condition or has clearly been worn (applied only exchange shipment).

    9. If you are unable to return parcel, then we can arrange the return pick up from our side, but you should pay extra and (it's depend on your location and quantity). After that you will get exchange or coupon code within 1-2 working days (holiday not included).

    10. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchanged or return would be applicable on that order. (exchange or coupon code should be only one time)
